Local Driver Cited for Disorderly Conduct, Passenger Arrested for Felony Bail Jumping

MERRILL – On Saturday September 28th just after 1:00 AM, the Merrill Police Department received several calls regarding a vehicle squealing its tires around the city. Officers quickly located the vehicle and cited the driver for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle.

Upon further investigation, they discovered that a passenger had been drinking, violating the terms of an open felony bond, leading to the passenger’s arrest for felony bail jumping.
